Where We Will Meet?

 We will meet,

at the edge of a galaxy,

where the physical boundaries dissolve.

 We’ll walk through the nebulas,

leaving our foot prints on the clouds.

The interstellar space will guide our path,

and together we’ll merge into the infinite universe.

We will meet,

where all the boundaries dissolve,

at the edge of a galaxy…

Star Crossed Lovers

She is the dark deep night,

        searching for her moon,

to glow her soul with his light,

sparkle bright as the golden June.

             The stars in the skies,

            littered all over,

            tears of her unheard cries,

            flowing listlessly for her lover.

She believes that the path across the milky way,

will lead her to a new universe,

                filled with flowers of May,

                and lift her dark curse,

where she will find her love lost.

A Mermaid Who Loves The Moon

A mermaid roams in the vast ocean of her dreams,

neither ships nor lighthouse she fathoms,

nor the Atlantis or the Olympus is her refuge,

for she is mesmerised with the moon.

She rides the wishful sea-horses to the moon,

and sometimes imaginary waves carry her to the moon.

Oh! how she wishes to be with the moon,

she tries to hold his shadow,

floating in the foam,

but, it’s an ephemeral glimpse.

Soon the moon hides,

under the light of a new day,

and she waits for another night,

in the hope of catching his enchanting sight.

The Unknown Woman Of The Sea

Unheard, unsung songs of her,

lurk on the ocean floor,

under the curls of tides,

her salty tears hide,

within the white foam,

she swirls and roams.

Who is she?

whose songs drift hither and thither,

echoing the vast blue.

On the days of full moon,

when ocean waves dance,

the unknown woman of the sea,

can be seen swaying in the waves.

Is she a mermaid, a siren or a selkie?

whose songs drift hither and thither,

echoing the vast blue.

A Fairy Dream

Once,
a fairy alighted,
upon me at night,
and a silvery night it was.

As,
her feathers shimmered,
my eyes glimmered,
and a glittery dream it seemed.

She,
waved her magic wand,
flowers, bees, birds danced,
and a magical dance tis was.

Then,
dawn announced its arrival,
with a light yet dim,
the fairy flew away,
showering blessings,
on me and my kin.

Written for my sweet  daughter😊

Crowned Beauty (The Corona Virus)

 Oh! Crowned Beauty,
The world is under your enchanting spell,
a spell not ushering us to heaven, but to hell.

A compassionate touch,
speaks so much,
but, now this touch,
is a gush of death.

Many dreams crushed,
many screams hushed,
or
left to die,
on the roadside.

Life is ill,
turning into a silence all still,
a somber silence………
a macabre silence……..

 Oh! Crowned Beauty,
The world is under your enchanting spell,
a spell not ushering us to heaven, but to hell.

For My Lord

Oh! Dear Lord
you are my refuge in the storm,
a balm for my emotions that are torn,
amidst the deep wilderness,
your sweet cuckoo voice,
beckons me with tenderness,
your divinity is my venerable temple,
it fills my soul with happiness so ample.

Don’t Tame Her: Quadrille

Spring’s misty waves,
flow through her thick curls,
a river of dreams,
gushes down her veins,
her heart is a feral child,
nascent, bright sunshine,
emotions pure, beautiful,
footsteps slow, gentle and mild,
let her wander freely,
and don’t tame her heart,
born wild.
Quadrille: A poem of exactly 44 words.
