A Flowery Delight: Renewal Of Earth’s Turf

Rain kissed earth,

sings in rainbow hues,

of empire blues,

dazzling under,

a misty sky.

Bellflower, daisies,

roses, bottlebrushes,

smile in soft hushes,

through their,

renewed buds,

a time for change,

in earth’s turf.

It is rainy season in North India and nature is in its splendour!

We are beginning the journey towards fall where I live, but this reminds me that spring will be here again too.

Uplifting poem Vandana, with a theme and tone very similar to Khaya's offering today. It's always good to come here and find some cheer... Thank you too...

Oh, it's sounds and looks like spring in your world. And how beautifully captured is the spirit of the season! A delightful poem, Vandana.
